Creative Regeneration: River Park, Port Sunlight

What was once a landfill site in Bromborough, U.K, has recently been transformed into a beautifully landscaped woodland that offers stunning views towards Liverpool's waterfront, a UNESCO heritage site. The river park has opened up the coast for the first time in a generation, and the salt marsh towards the north of the site is welcoming a large population of water birds. Here are some photographs I captured as I walked the course of the park.
